Designed, prototyped, manufactured, and validated a custom 3D-printed cable guide to eliminate premature cable wear on a commercial motion-training system. The project included root cause analysis, CAD design, rapid prototyping, production manufacturing, validation testing, and technical documentation.

ESP32 Embedded Monitoring System

Embedded condition monitoring system designed to collect acceleration, environmental data, and vibration events while logging system health information to onboard storage. The system is being developed as a modular embedded platform capable of future expansion through custom PCB design, wireless communication, and additional sensing modules.
